Well, we never managed to get any pics up from Christmas, so I thought I'd post some just for fun! Besides, as a member of the WINNING gingerbread house team, I want the night to be forever etched in memory...

Nick's smokin' little mitt...

It started as a smolder, it began to smoke...he sprinted outside to save the porch! (Meanwhile, we looked on, confused) Snow could not squelch its flames! Only a bucket o' water would do.

Alas, we mourn the loss of Nick's nice red oven mitt.




(You can't really tell, but he's looking at the black burn marks on the railing, where the thing went from smolder to smoke.)
